Golden Globe nominee Christopher Abbott (Les Miserables, It Comes at Night) stars as Blake, a San Francisco husband and father who inherits a remote childhood home in rural Oregon after his father disappears and is presumed dead.
As his marriage to his powerful wife Charlotte (Emmy winner Julia Garner; Ozark, The Making of Anna) crumbles, Blake persuades Charlotte to take a break from the city and visit the estate with their young daughter Ginger (Matlida Firth; Hullraisers)

As the night progresses, Blake begins to act strangely, changing into something unrecognizable, and Charlotte is forced to decide if the horror inside their home is more deadly than the danger outside
But as the family approaches the farmhouse in the dead of night, they are attacked by an invisible animal, and they barricade themselves in a desperate escape inside the house as the creature walks around.
